CHEYENNE, Wyo. (AP) - An attorney for a Sheridan teenager serving a sentence of life without parole for a 2009 home invasion killing urged the Wyoming Supreme Court to find the teen's sentence unconstitutional.

Sheridan County received three bids for the 2012 County Road Improvement Project. All three of those bids came in over the engineer's estimate of $1.1 million with the lowest bid still being 20 percent over the estimate.

The City of Sheridan Public Works Department has had to make significant cuts to balance the budget to compensate for the City's projected low sales and use tax revenues. City Public Works Director Nic Bateson explains how they've been able to cut back.

GOLF - The Sheridan Bronc golfers saw their 31 tournament winning streak end Tuesday in the final tournament of the spring season when they finished one shot behind Casper Natrona at the east conference tournament.

The Broncs Kamrin Allen was the overall boys Medalist Allen will play golf this fall at the University of Wyoming.

BRONC / LADY BRONC STATE TRACK AND FIELD - The state track and field championships begin tomorrow at Kelly Walsh high school in Casper.

Sheridan high school will have 18 athletes competing twelve Broncs and six Lady Broncs will attend.

LADY BRONC SOCCER - The Sheridan high school soccer teams open the state championships at the Big Horn Equestrian center Thursday the Lady Broncs play Riverton at 2:30 the Broncs play Riverton at 4:30.

The Lady Broncs have been a great story this year as the 2012 senior class has led them from winning no games in the 2010 season as sophomores to nine wins in 2011 but no state tournament appearance.

This spring they won the regular season conference title and the regional tournament title and take the number one ranking into this week's state tournament.
